Although Christmas is just a distant memory (shame the credit card bill isn’t!), this image was taken of a friend’s daughter when they came over to have their Christmas card photo taken. Just as you’re about to put the camera down, they do something as simple as look at the plants in the garden and that’s the moment when you press the shutter…  
      

Have you ever fallen out of love with something?  I have to admit that for some reason, I wasn’t happy with this blog site and that’s probably one of the reasons that I haven’t blogged for such a long time (that and the fact I’ve been so busy).  But thanks to all the people out there nagging me to get going again and an extra push from my friend Jennifer Clare (a wonderful photographer based in Derby) the headers have been changed and I feel it’s about time things got moving again.  Talking of getting back in touch, check out this wonderful utube clip…. get your hanky out!
